Spiral window tubes

Question

I have two windows which are more difficult to slide up and down now, and one window which drops down indicating probably a broken tube. Need your help in identifying which tube to order and which shoes for replacing. Would appreciate some input.

Take a look at our S600 or S900 spiral balances, depending on the diameter of your original balance tube. As for the pivot shoe, we would need to see an undamaged shoe removed from the window, as well as the width and thickness, to compare to our inventory. We'll relate some videos to assist you.
