Couple of questions. My spiral coils do not match the measurements you provide in the site. My units measure 29.5 inches and are 0.5 inches wide. They are white in color not silver. As for the color of the tips, most of them have no tips at all. I did find one window that had what might be white tips ( see pic).
Before I start ordering a bunch of these, with shoes, I would like to have some confidence I am getting parts that wii work.

Hi, Mark. I need a little more precision.
The balance tube diameter will either be 3/8" or 9/16". The 9/16" tube is hard to distinguish from 1/2", but it's a little bit more, so you should be able to tell the difference with a close eye. If it's 9/16", choose Series 600. If it's less than 1/2", choose Series 900.
As for your length, you can just round up to 30". S600-30 and S900-30 would be the specific ones. For white tips, usually a red tip is okay, but you should weigh your sashes and compare to the charts on our site (in each product description) to get the right tip color.
