Thanks for writing in! Your channel balance appear to have the 19-037 Rollyson Channel Balance Top and the 15-029 Winged Channel Balance Shoe. Although, you'll want to confirm that the depth of the bottom shoe is 7/8". If not, please confirm the exact measurement of your shoe depth.

In regard to the balance stamp, it is recommended to use the stamp from the existing balance. However, if you believe the stamp is incorrect, you'll need to obtain the exact weight of the sash to determine the right stamp.

This balance assembly will need to be a custom assembly since it is not a standardly made balance. I'll need to know the exact number of balances you intend to purchase so that I can get the order link made up for you. There is an order minimum of (2) balances per custom order.
