Spline roller

Do you sell a concave roller that will work with .250 foam spline? I am rescreening Andersen 200 series window screens that came equipt with metal spline.

Thank you for reaching out to us. Take a look at the screening tools listed on this page. All four of these tools feature a concave wheel designed for use on larger diameter splines, and they vary in price. If you plan to do only one or two screens, the 75-068 should be sufficient.

Regarding the spline diameter used in Andersen screens, if you have the older 1" wide screen frame, you will need to use the 59-250 spline. However, if you have the newer 3/4" wide screen frame, you should use the 59-270 spline. It's possible that your screen uses the 59-270 spline, so be sure to compare the diameter with your existing spline.
