Split Arm Cranks

A quick learner from USA says:
Hello, I tried submitting this through the part identifier but an error occurred and I was instructed to email this email. I'm trying to replace my split arm cranks. The number that shows up on the cranks I have now is F-9400-8A, pictured below. When I enter this number online it comes up with product code number 39 - 264. What is the correct crank I need to replace my current ones with?

Dave Sr. from SWISCO responded:
I agree, the 39-264 looks similar. Looking at your photos, you might have an older version of this operator and may need to use the 39-362 adapter plate. Check to see if you can identify the age of the window by looking at the etched numbers on the glass. If your window was manufactured between 1995 to 1998, you will definitely need to use the 39-362 to install the new operator.
