Thanks for posting. See our 39-381 Casement Window Operator. It's opposite-handed version is the 39-382. If you need a new cover or handle, see the 39-205 and 39-107. Tell us what you think.

You know, before you go ahead and order, I'd also like to note one difference between your operator and what Bob suggested. It looks like there's an offset in both arms. Do you think this still could work?
