The black nylon piece has cracked into 2 pieces instead of 1, letting the arms separate when cranking the awning style window back in. This keeps the top corner of window from sealing or returning air tight to frame.
Do you have anything like this ?

Thanks for writing in! The black plastic piece you are searching for is the track slider on a window hinge. I'm sorry to say that we would not be able to supply you with a replacement for this hardware, separately. That said, we do have a few hinges in our inventory that could possibly work for your repairs.
I'll need to see a photo of the entire hinge to be able to determine the correct replacement.
