Good morning, my name is Patrick, I work for the City of Peoria in Arizona. At our baseball stadium we have hung windows in our pressbox. The balances that hold the windows up are going bad or are bad. They measure 43 1/2" long and are 5/8" diameter. What is the cost for a new balance and what is the weight rating per balance, each window I have has four installed. It looks like your 500 series is the correct replacement for what I have.
Thanks

Thanks for contacting us! Before we begin to research replacement balances, please submit the following information:
- weight of windows
- length of balance (metal portion only, do not include the tip)-- our balances measure on the inch

The current balances are 43 1/2" long. The window measures 4' x 3', I don't have the weight currently, but these widows are able to take a hit from a baseball at 90 mph and not break. I am trying to get the weight but am waiting for a response from our installer.

Thanks for submitting the photos! We are familiar with this balance, but we'll need the markings on the balance(s)-- the markings may be lightly printed with ink. If all the windows aren't the same size, we'll need the markings from each window. Please get back to us with the markings and the quantity of balances you'll need for the project. Keep in mind, the weight of the sash is not necessary if you provide us with balance markings.
