Sprial balance and pivot for PGT Double Hung windows

Good afternoon
I have a PGT-PVC Double Hung 2 11/16", Series PVCDH22 window. I the spiral balance and pivot clips need to be replaced. Are you able to identify which ones I would need from the information I have given you?

Unfortunately, no, that information does not indicate what parts to order. Can you send photos of each part to us? We usually identify the parts by looking at them.
