Sprial balance and window trim

I am looking for the parts to fix 2 Windows that will not stay up and the plastic trim along the bottom of the sash. The trim is square in shape. The Sprial shaft is 29" by 3/8". On a tag I found on one of the Windows is has
Series 900
ANSI-AAMA 101-88
DH-R40
MST 3860

The sash size is 30 1/2 W by 30 1/2 H

I believe you have an Atrium window made back in 2008. The pivot shoe is resembles our 15-045 while the spiral balance is likely our S900-29. I'm afraid I cannot identify your glazing. I will need to see a piece of it removed from an angle that clearly shows the end. I will also need your measurements.

The glazing is 29 13/16" long lip is 3/8 " 7/16" 5/16" 7/16" then a little Uchanell seems to be 1/16"
The end of the sprial balance has red where the sprial goes in to the tube 29" by 3/8"
