Sprin Balance Replacements for Semco Double Hung

We may be able to supply a match for this balance, but I'm afraid I can't make out its configuration from these photos. Would it be possible to see a clear picture of the pivot shoe at the end of the cord? Please make sure that the shoe is in undamaged condition and clearly visible without obstruction. Can you also show me the stamp printed on the metal channel?
