Thanks for posting! I am confident we can supply you with the replacement tilt window spiral balances you need but there are a few details we'll need to identify the right replacements. Take a look at the video below for an idea of the information we'll need.

When removing the balances, it would also be a good idea to take a look at the compatible pivot shoes and pivot bars to determine if they might need to be replaced as well. If so, I'll need to see photos of those pieces of hardware removed from the window.
