Viking windows. Spring has popped out of case. Don't know what it is called. Would like to order both left and right part.

Thanks for reaching out to us. This appears to be the 15-087 pivot shoe and 15-086 tandem housing. The Series 180 are the compatible springs which are sold separately. As for the tilt latch, take a look at the 26-243 and 26-244 to see if the specifications match what you're searching for.
