I need replacement for 1/2 spring . Existing broken spring have number 7. It's one hole spring

Your balance shoe reminds me of our 15-180 Coil Balance Shoe. I am confident this is the replacement you need, but be sure to double check the dimensions shown below.

This shoe is compatible with the Series 190 Coil Balance Spring, secured to the shoe using the 33-073 screw. Since yours is stamped with a 7, you'll need the S190-740.

I do not see them here in your photos but you may also need the 15-186 Coil Balance Clip and the 15-182 Balance Bushing.
