Hello, My window is missing this small tension spring that keeps the window up in the channel. Do you have anything similar to this. Sorry I don't know the make of the window, my father had them installed about 19 years ago

It is a single open edged spring with one end going under a little ledge on the plastic rider clip

Thank you for reaching out to us. We can help with this, but your pivot shoe is too obscured by the window sash. Can you remove the sash and show us a clear shot of the pivot shoe assembly?

Perfect! Thank you for getting that for us. I recommend the 15-087. Since the shoe is stamped with the number 8, please see the S180-08 8-pound coil spring, which is sold separately. Take a look and see what you think.
