Andersen double hung window, narrow one. It is the left hand side of a bay window set. The cord on the left side of the front sash does not retract. This probably dates back to the 1980s or earlier.

It's tough to make out the stamps printed on your balance. I wish Andersen would center them a little more legibly when they print the number on the metal, but what can you do. I believe that says "627," but to make sure can you give us the width and height of the visible glass for both the top and bottom sash?

I could not read the numbers stamped on the balance.
The width of the visible glass is 16.5" and the height is 22". The measurements are the same for both the top and bottom sash.

Thank you. From your visible glass dimensions, and looking at that stamp again, I think it might read "527." These factors conform and indicate our 24-531 as the best replacement option for you.
