Hello there!
Thank you for reaching out to us. We can help supply this balance but it will have to be a custom order due to its configuration. The pulley wheel is built into the bottom fitting itself and this balance features an extended cord travel as well as a metal channel length ending in 5/8" which is what makes it custom. For example, the metal channel should measure 33-5/8" long. Custom orders are nonrefundable so you may want to double-check this to be safe.
In the meantime, can you confirm the number of balances you'd like to replace?

Hello Emily!
Thank you for reaching back out. Since my original request I've done more work on my windows, and promptly broke 2 additional balances.
My order will be:
QTY (4) balances for a previously discussed and imaged. The metal channel in this balance is in fact 33 5/8" long
QTY (4) balances with pictures attached. markings: "33 9 8SI RM" The metal channel measures 34" long.

Hey, Alan!
Our replacement extended travel channel balances are only designed to replace those with metal channels that end in 5/8" lengths. I'm afraid we can't promise they'll work for you if your measurement differs from this. Just something to keep in mind.
To confirm, are you looking to purchase (8) balances with the 33 9 stamp?
