Spring Balancer with block and tackle. Viking Vinyl Window 1995.

Question

The spring balancer needs to be replaced.  I have 4, so i would like 4 replacements if possible.  The balancer is from a 2660 single hung window.  The metal channel itself is 27" long.  The plastic parts add additional length.  The only markings are stampings that read "2630 HH B.S.T."
