Hello,

We'd be happy to look into this for you but we can't confirm the hardware you need with the original parts still installed. If you could remove an intact coil spring and the pivot shoe they anchor to, that would help us narrow down your options. See the videos related on this page to help you through the process. Thank you!

Hello. Thank you for your reply. Attached, please find the coil set that I removed from the window. I have also included a photo of the three components that were screwed into the sliding groove.
Hopefully this is helpful. I sincerely appreciate your help and guidance. Thank you.

Thanks for getting back to us but the end of the coil spring appears to have broken off. We'll need to see an intact coil, as well as the pivot shoe it connects to below the coils in the window jamb, to narrow down your options.

Hello, Attached, please find photos of the Intact coil and the pivot shoe.

I have also uploaded all the photos with their dimensions

Hopefully the attached photos and the link helps ID the part I am looking for; please let me know. Thank you.

Your pivot sheo resembles the 15-180, which is compatible with the Series 190 coil springs. We also offer the 15-182 bushing and 15-186 balance clip to support the coils. There should be numbers stamped on the coils you'll need to choose the corresponding strength options. Thanks for posting!

Hello Casey, Thank you for your prompt response, much appreciated.  The Pivot shoe measurements you sent are a perfect match of what I have. The Bushing and Balance Clips appear to be the same as per your links.  I need your help in identifying the correct Coil. Attached is the photo with a single digit "8" that I could find stamped on the coil. Hopefully this helps to ID the exact coil I need, thank you.

The 8 would correspond to the S190-840 coil springs, which will support 8 pounds each. Just let us know if you need anything else.
