Spring Coil System Broken

Attached are photos of our window issue. The spring loaded plastic part that holds window open is broke.

Thanks for posting. It looks like you need to replace your Coil Balance system. See our S140-11 Coil Balance System. Look over the specifications and see if you think this could work for you.
