Spring Coil system in Window

Question

Good morning,
could you identify the part required for this window. the window appears to be a generic model, i see no manufacturer on it. the window has dimensions 23" x 51 1/2".

hopefully the picture is helpful, the broken spring unit pieces are sitting infront of window in the photo.

Thanks for posting. It's a little hard to make out the parts in this photo, but take a look at our 15-192 Pivot Shoe. Does this match your old hardware? How many coil springs does your pivot shoe attach to? It looks like just one, in which case you should look at our Series 170 Coil Springs. Look over these parts and let me know what you think.
