Spring Latch on Screen Door Handle

Hi There,
I watched your video and was able to replace the latch (part # 83-155), however, now the latch doesn't "grab" the bar like it used to so that it's securely fastened.

Hey, Beth. I'm not sure why you're running into issues now. Can you go into more detail on the issue? Is it that the 83-115 is too short, or is it too floppy? Also take a look to see if there is anything that could be hanging it up. Maybe there's a piece of wood, or excess plastic left over when they molded the latch. Finally, see if the latch is hanging up on the cut out in the door.
