Unfortunately, we do not carry a replacement for the naked spring assembly shown in your photo. It looks like you would need new jamb liners, which is not something that we can supply but a local millwork should be able to assist you. I'm sorry that we won't be able to help with this repair but please let us know if you have any other hardware questions. Thanks for posting.

OK would you know where we would be able to purchase these? We are also in New Jersey.

As we mentioned, your best bet would be to contact a local millwork. You should be able to check online to find one in your area.
