Question

Also need the brass pivot rod that attaches to window and inserts into spring assembly. Not sure if I should replace the entire assembly or just the spring. Thanks!!

Thanks for posting. The pivot shoe is the 15-180, which works with Series 190 Coil Balance springs sold separately. The housing is the 15-181 and 15-182 drums. This system is modular, and you have only have to replace what's broken. For the replacement coil springs, you'll need to select spring weights--these represent the individual weight each coil can support. See the video below for details. For the replacement pivot bar, please remove an undamaged version and send us photos, and we'd be happy to try and identify it for you.
