They don't really make special, more durable versions of coil springs, unfortunately. Most manufacturers pretty much make them one way. All balance springs are typically designed to work for 10-15 years, though. If yours failed before that, then it's not a matter of durability. That means something's wrong. Either way, we don't have this exact balance setup. We do sell the 15-251, which is a single spring housing designed to work with the Series 160. Look these two products over to see if you could use them to replace your old hardware. |
