Spring balance for single hung window

Question

Hello,
My client has a window with this balance in it and the string broke. The whole part measures 26", the string (however broken) measures approximately 37". I just need to order whatever parts you recommend to fix the window. I've attached a pic with the part number. I look forward to your response.

You would need to replace this whole balance. I would be happy to make a recommendation, but we need a bit more information. First, can you show me both ends of the metal channel? Specifically, I'd like to see if you have any nylon attachments on either end. I would also need to see a picture of the piece that broke off the end of that cord. Thank you!
