Thanks for posting! There is a chance we can provide you with the replacement balances you need. Although, I'll need to see photos of the existing hardware to identify it. 

Please be sure to provide clear, unobstructed photos of the balance assembly, as well as any of the other compatible hardware it interacts with.

Our records indicate that, unfortunately, your window balance system is no longer made. I suggest new jamb liners for your wood windows. You should be able to get new jamb liners from a local millwork.
