Spring balance mechanism

Thanks for contacting us. When you say spring mechanisms, are you referring to channel balances? If so, we may be able to help you find a replacement. First, we would need to see some photos of the part in question. If you could also include measurements and dimensions of the part, that would be a bonus.

We unfortunately don't sell replacement sashes or glass panes. I suggest going to a local glass shop to see if that's something they can repair for you.

We do sell many different balances, though, but I can't make yours out from this photo. In order to narrow down the list of possibilities, I'll need you to remove an undamaged version of this assembly and show me a clear picture of the top end, bottom end, and the hook at the end of the cord. You will also need to measure the depth of the bottom nylon fitting. 

That information will allow us to find a good match in our inventory.
