Spring balance replacement

A home owner from Grapevine, TX says:

I know you have several different series and I want to make sure I am ordering the correct one. The length of the metal portion of the channel is 28 inches long and the marking on it is 2740. I have submitted four pictures, two of each end to make sure you can recommend the correct replacement part. Thank you, Robert
