A spring balance assembly recently broke in our double hung window. Would like to repair myself if parts and video instruction available, otherwise home service suggestions with approx costs appreciated. Label info attached.

Unfortunately, this sticker doesn't tell us anything about what hardware the window uses. IN order to help you, I will need clear photos of the balance itself.
Please note that I may request more photos after that, depending on what you show me, but I have to know what to ask for first.
