Spiral balancer

Hi there- thanks for posting! 

We'll need a few more pieces of information to be able to determine the replacement spiral balance that you need. You mentioned it is for a tilt window so that narrows it down to either our Series 900 (3/8") spiral balance or our Series 600 (5/8") spiral balance. Please measure the diameter of just the metal tube on your balance and get back to us with that info. You'll have to remove the balance from the window to do this. I have attached a video guide on how to do this on this page.
