I am trying to figure out the right option to replace my current balancer. It is 28 inches long. It has 26407 stamped on the main metal shaft. The window is 35 x 30

Can you confirm the length of the metal channel, not including the nylon fittings on either end? Can you also show me an up-close picture of the other nylon fitting (the top one)? From there, we'll do our best to narrow this down for you.

Perfect, thanks. It looks like you have either an S380-27 or S385-27. The only difference between these two balances is the depth of the bottom nylon shoe, so compare both with your old hardware to see which matches best. You'll need a stamp option of 2640.
