Spring balancer

29 4 spring balancer with guides on both clips. Sash is approx. 14-18 lbs. Metal channel is 29 5/8. Markings on channel are 29 4 and what looks like TSB. This a Milgard vinyl window.

We'd be happy to help but we'll need more information. Can you show us clear and up-close photos of the top and bottom fittings as well as the metal clip attached at the end of the pulley cord? Can you also confirm the number of balances you're looking to order?
