I'm not too sure what you're searching for based off this image. Are you looking for something like the 20-001 wood window spring or a new balance system like the Series 500 balance tube that rides inside the sash groove with the 17-012 balance bracket attached at the bottom of the sash?

Would it be possible for us to see photos of the old balance in question?
