These are vinyl windows with no brand name I can find.

I'm sorry to say that I can't get a good look at your balance assembly from these photos. We will need to see the entire assembly out of the window so that we can get a clear look at it. Thanks!

OK, I have more pics now. I also weighed the window with a bathroom scale. Looks like 10lbs.
The printed number at the end of the spring is #5.5, which would be consistent with an 11lb window. More images attached.

Thanks! I recognize this assembly now. We sell the individual components separately.

Your pivot shoe is our 15-228. This is compatible with two different sized springs, the 3/8" Series 165 and the 1/2" Series 160. But I think you have the Series 160. Measure the width of the band to be sure but I am confident I'm right, given the stamp style. See also the 15-150S spring cover.

For a 10 pound sash, a 5.5 pound spring per side will be fine. It'll be a pound over but you shouldn't notice a difference.
