Spring broke for tilt window

Question

We opened our 2002 window and the spring broke. The window will now not stay opened. The pic shows the good part on other side and the other pic shows the number on the metal that was inside. Can u help us with ordering a new part?

Thank you for your patience during this busy season. Your spring looks like it would be a good match for either our 1/2" Series 160 or 3/8" Series 165, depending on its width. Review both and see which size is better for your application.
