My Gapco Windows have 34" balances, at least that's what the metal part measures (in other words, not including the plastic ends). I need 6 of them, and the (parts?) number that is stamped on my Gapco window's balance is "3340". My window no longer stays up and a friend came by and removed the balance for me, showing me how the spring is broken. That's why I think I need six of them as I have 3 windows that will not stay up when raised.
I have also ruined the vinyl glazing bead (what I call channel) on these Gapco windows too. It measures 3/8-inch on the side that has what I call a lip; and 11/16-inch on the side I call having a hem. I understand you sell it in 6-foot lengths, correct?
