I think these are from a clearview brand window. The shoe is 1-1/8 wide, the top is1-1/4" tall, similar to your s380 style,
How do you measure length?. Overall length or the metal Chanel itself?

Since you're located in California, I have a feeling this is our Series 385.
The way to double-check that is just to confirm that your balance end pieces have bent "wings" on the left and right, and to measure the bottom shoe attachment. If you measure as below and come up with 1-3/32", you have the Series 385. 1" means you need the Series 380.
As for the length and "option", you can measure the metal channel (alone) from end to end and weigh the sliding window sash. The length of the channel is the length of the balance, according to our system. Once you select the Series and length, there will be a chart telling you what strength "option" to select, based on how heavy your window is, and that's all you need!
There may also be a printed stamp on your metal channel. That stamp would indicate the option, as well, but it can be hard to decode. If you have trouble, post the stamp you find.
