Spring coil

Hi, currently we are going through windows in our house and noticed several have a snapped coil spring. We do not know the make of the window but the part looks very familiar to pictures on your web site. The pictures show the top and bottom of the mechanism together, but the metal coil has snapped between them. Hopefully you have some replacement parts that will fit.

Thank you, taking one out these are exactly the parts we needed. The root cause of the problem was my foam insulation job which leaked through the gaps in our window and glued the coil tight. When I pulled the coil down to put the window back in place the coil snapped. Thanks again.
