That sticker doesn't tell us anything about the hardware used on the window, unfortunately. Based on the photos of the springs, I would say that you might have either our 3/8" Series 165 or the 1/2" Series 160. Seeing a photo of your pivot shoe would allow me to confirm that these two are the right ballpark. Knowing the size of the spring would also allow me to narrow it down between those two options. Otherwise, measure your spring to verify which one is the better match.
