Spring for window

I need the spring that the window attaches to inside the well to help it go up and down.

Thanks for posting. It looks like you need new spiral balances. Are these for a tilt or non-tilt window? You'll need to remove them and tell us the length and diameter of the outer tubes, up to but not including the colored tip the inner spiral rod protrudes from. We'll also need a photo of that colored tip. We'll do our best to help from there.
