Spring in side of double hung window

Thanks for writing in! I am confident we can supply you with the replacement coil balance and compatible hardware shown in your photos. I'll just need to see a clear photo of the front of the balance shoe to confirm the correct replacement.

In regard to the coil balance, I'll need to know the dimensions for the thickness of the spring. I suspect it should be either 1/2" or 3/8". You'll also want to double check the coil springs for any stamps/markings; if there are none, I'll need to know the exact weight of your sash.
