One question. The cool lb? By the markings on the part is it a 6lb coil?

Yes, that "6#" usually indicates a coil calibrated to hold 6 pounds. You can confirm this by weighing your sash on a scale. If your coils carry 6 pounds each then the sash should weigh 12 pounds total.
