Thanks for you post! Our 26-120 or 26-228 are not exact matches for this tilt latch but they are the closest do what you have. To determine if either of these could work for your repairs, carefully look over their specifications and compare them.
The right handed versions of these latches can be found tagged below.
The tilt window spiral balances can be replaced with the S900-24 The non-tilt balances can be replaced with the S500-32. Both of these balances are available on the website.
To select the correct tip option, you'll need to look for a colored tip on your spirals. If yours do not have them, you'll need to confirm the exact weight of your window sash.
