Hi there!

There are actually quite a few pins compatible with the 23-409. We'd be happy to help, but we'll need to see your pin removed from the corner block. Can you also write out the diameter of the pins, as well as the diameter of any caps atop the pins?

The pin's diameter is 1/4", the length of the cap and pin is 2-1/4" and the diameter of the cap is 7/16"

Thanks for getting back to us. The best match we have for this pivot is our 23-118, but our dimensions differ from yours slightly. Look over our photo and dimensions and see if you think you could use this to repair your door.
