I have about 10 windows, circa 1995.
The Spring loaded latchs to lock or allow raising the windows are shot.
Latch is 2.6" total length. 15/16" total width.
Depth is 5/16ths. Inside is edge is a half moon. OUtside edge is flat.
Distance between 2 screws from center of hole: 1' 11/16ths.
Color is putty but other colors may be ok.
Slider is a white tab that pops up from center hole.
but again, any color ok.
Spring loaded window latch.

Thanks for the follow up pictures! Unfortunately I couldn't find an exact match for these. The closest I could find is our 26-410, but the hole spacing is not quite what you describe. I'm sorry we couldn't come up with a better answer for you.
