This the one that is still in one piece. I think maybe some pieces broke off? The metal bracket alone is 29" long amd it has a stamp of "2830" on the one end.

Based on your photos, you have either our S390-29 or S351-29. The only difference between them is the size of the bottom fitting, which is indicated on their respective store pages. You'll need to measure your bottom fitting to confirm which one is best.
