Spring repair for American craftsman impact windows

I'm looking for replacement parts for my American craftsman impact windows
I can't find these spring assemblies anywhere.
Any help would be appreciated

We'd be happy to help but we would need to see your balance assembly removed from the window, including the pivot shoe and the coil springs, to compare to our inventory. See the videos related on this page to assist you.

I need the coil springs and all related hardware for my windows.
Most of the plastic spring housings are cracked or broken

Unfortunately, these photos do not give us any new information. We would still need to see the metal coil springs and pivot shoe that they anchor to fully removed from the window to compare to our replacement options.
