Spring sash balance for single hung window

Question

This particular part is still working and we believe it is a single hung sash. However, we have 2 more double hung windows where the spring sash balance is broken. What replacement parts can we use? Thank you! Linda

The stamps printed on your balance channel are a bit out of the ordinary. We'd be happy to look into this for you but we would need to see your balance assembly fully removed from the window, including both ends, to determine if we could supply a suitable replacement. Thank you!
