Your hardware reminds me of our 15-086 and 15-087 but compare our dimensions with yours to confirm this matches what you need. Our pivot shoe is designed to use the Series 180 coil springs. Since your hardware is stamped with the number 5, see the S180-5 5 pound coil spring.
